The Floating Surface Aerator is a high-efficiency, high-speed aeration system engineered to deliver superior oxygen transfer and complete mixing in wastewater treatment applications.
By combining an axial-flow impeller with an optimized jet-spray pattern, the unit maximizes oxygen dissolution while maintaining uniform mixing throughout the basin.

Applications
The Floating Surface Aerator utilizes a high-performance motor to drive axial-flow impellers, drawing wastewater through a suction conduit and discharging it outward via a specialized deflector plate.
This process generates a wide-reaching water curtain, where liquid droplets interact with the atmosphere during flight to achieve rapid oxygen enrichment.
Upon re-entering the basin, the impact creates intense turbulence and a high volume of air bubbles, significantly increasing the Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels.
By continuously lifting water from the bottom and discharging it across the surface, the unit establishes a constant recirculation flow, ensuring superior mixing and preventing sludge sedimentation.
